INTRODUCTION
The Super Admin Dashboard serves as the command center of the Greenland Capital ecosystem. With multiple verification teams, regional operations, land approvals, and sales activities happening simultaneously, leadership needed a single place to monitor performance and make informed decisions. The challenge was creating a dashboard that could surface critical business metrics while providing complete visibility into the land verification pipeline. The goal was to transform complex operational data into actionable insights that support growth, accountability, and faster decision-making.
DESIGNING METHOD
The design process focused on balancing operational oversight with business intelligence. I started by mapping the entire land lifecycle, from agent submission to sales conversion, to identify the metrics leadership needed most. Instead of overwhelming users with data, the dashboard was structured around key performance indicators such as total sales, approved farmlands, lands in progress, website visitors, subscriber growth, and top-performing contributors.
A modular layout was created to separate operational monitoring from business reporting. Verification pipeline status, approval queues, sales performance, and regional activity were grouped into dedicated sections, allowing administrators to quickly identify bottlenecks, track progress, and measure overall platform performance from a single interface.

FINAL PERFORMANCE
The final dashboard transformed fragmented operational reporting into a centralized executive view. Leadership gained visibility across land approvals, verification progress, sales activity, visitor analytics, and subscriber growth without switching between multiple systems. By presenting critical information in a structured and accessible format, the platform improved monitoring, reduced decision-making time, and provided a scalable foundation for managing future expansion across regions, teams, and operational workflows.
