INTRODUCTION
The GLC Agent App was designed to simplify how farmland opportunities enter the Greenland Capital ecosystem. Agents work directly in the field, where collecting accurate land information is often time-consuming and inconsistent. The goal was to create a mobile-first experience that enables agents to capture land details, upload documents, map property boundaries, and track submissions from a single application. By bringing field operations into a structured digital workflow, the platform improves data quality while reducing manual coordination between teams.
DESIGNING METHOD
The design process began by studying how agents discover, document, and submit land opportunities. Most challenges occurred during field data collection, where location accuracy, boundary mapping, and document management relied heavily on manual processes.
To address this, the experience was built around a guided submission workflow. Agents can pin the exact land location, walk along the property boundary, and generate a land polygon directly from the mobile app. Supporting features such as document uploads, submission tracking, farmland search, and commission visibility were organized into a simple navigation structure that minimizes effort in the field. The focus was to make complex operational processes feel effortless for agents while ensuring the verification teams receive complete and reliable data.

FINAL PERFORMANCE
The final solution transformed the way land opportunities are submitted and managed. Agents can now capture accurate location data, create land boundaries, upload supporting documents, and monitor case progress without leaving the platform. By standardizing field submissions and reducing dependency on manual follow-ups, the app creates a stronger connection between field operations and the verification ecosystem. The result is a faster, more reliable, and scalable land acquisition process that supports both operational efficiency and future growth.
